| For the 2025-2026 season, we will be open from December 12th to March 31st. We will be closed on March 18th and 19th. |
About Us
Rental equipment is available from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Lending items for the next day.) and from 7:00 am to 10:00 am on the day. (Until 11 am only if you inform us of your arrival time in advance)
We provide using our bath rooms and separate shower for our rental user.
Our rental user can leave luggage at our place,there are coin lockers and space for changing clothes.
Notes [Please be aware of the following items before using our rental.]
- You can not come to our place by car,if you come to Nozawaonsen by car,please walk to our place after park at the parking next to Nagasaka Gondola Station of Nozawaonsen Snow Resort.
- Our rental users are not held 100% responsible for damage to equipment,but when equipment is damaged, users are expected to return the equipment to our place for repairing or replaceing.
- We may charge you the actual cost in the case of lost equipment.
- We set up our rental equipment in the best possible condition.We accept no responsibility for any accident or injury that may occur while using our equipment.
- We accept credit card payments, but we cannot accept any changes to the amount after payment, we can only accept any changes to the amount after payment has been made by cash.
